Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (SMBC) and Wells Fargo Bank, NA acted as Joint Lead Arrangers and Book-runners. The list of arrangers and participants included financial institutions from Japan, Taiwan, South Korea, The United States of Americathe UK, Austria, Colombia, Indiaand China.
